Bretton Woods: Champion Stallion with Notable Offspring and Proven Performance

The sire, Bretton Woods (Johnson x De Niro), was the winner of the KWPN licensing, the stallion performance test, and the VSN Trophy. He was also awarded Keur status. Bretton Woods won the bronze medal at the World Championships for five-year-old dressage horses and competed successfully up to Prix St. Georges/Intermediate I. His first crop produced 11 licensed sons, including the Mecklenburg Stallion Licensing Champion and the Westphalian 2nd Reserve Champion Birmingham who was sold at auction for 260,000 euros. The dam, Katharina I (Feiner Stern x Akzent), produced the Grand Prix-successful stallion Sir Caramello, who competed in the World Championships and the Olympics, fetching 500,000 euros at the P.S.I. Auction 2011. She also produced Sweet Poison, successful at S* level by San Amour, and Salida del Sol, successful at M** level by Sir Nymphenburg I.

Feiner Stern: Oldenburg Main Premium Winner and Sire of Grand Prix Champions

Her sire, Feiner Stern (Freiherr x Goldstern), was the Oldenburg Main Premium winner in 1987. His first crop produced four licensed sons, including the 1st Reserve Winner Feinbrand and the 2nd Reserve Winner Fair Play at the Oldenburg licensing. His Grand Prix-winning offspring include Falcao, Obelisk, Famous Boy, El-Fantadu, Fantom, Feiner Finale, and BB Gisele.

Katlisa: Akzent x Furioso II

The second dam, Katlisa (Akzent x Furioso II), produced the M-successful Welfare by Weltmeyer, the 1.35 m successful Nice to Know by Corradino, and Korradina, the dam of the Inter II-successful Lionella by Londonderry.

Akzent II: Influential Damsire of De Niro and Sire of Top Dressage Talent

Akzent II, a son of the Trakehner Absatz out of a Waldmannsdank xx dam, is the damsire of 37 licensed stallions, including De Niro by Donnerhall. Akzent himself sired 20 licensed sons, including Alabaster and Acapulco, and numerous outstanding offspring, such as the Grand Prix horses Amazonas with Karin Schlütter, winner of the German Dressage Derby, and Agnelli FRH under Isabell Werth. The lifetime earnings of Akzent’s offspring amount to nearly 1 million euros.
